If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!Omni Interlocken Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to join our outstanding housekeeping team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to successfully execute all operations relating to the lobby and common areas, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for maintaining the levels of cleanliness and sanitization of the public areas and restrooms as well as assist with any guest calls, housekeeping requests, and turndown services.We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team.Salary for this position starts at (based on experience): $19.00/hour. Full Time Associates at Omni Interlocken Resort are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Paid Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure that the lobby, restrooms, and public areas are maintained, debris free, and sanitized frequentlyTo assist in servicing the pool/fitness area when neededTo ensure the guest room corridors and stairwells remain debris freeAssist in any housekeeping amenity requests – towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, etc.Conduct VIP turn down services and provide housekeeping services upon requestAssist with any special projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or member of the Leadership team.Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working orderQualificationsStrong attention to detailStrong customer service skillsAbility and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a timeAbility and willingness bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 50 lbs.Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to communicate effectively with hotel guestsOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
